Who of us can say that we have not ever worried. I would be lying if I said that I never did any worrying myself. Jesus asks this question in Matthew 6 verse 27. Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Word for worry means to "to be drawn in different directions". No wonder worrying pulls people apart.

I was really excited this morning, because I hit my goal of loosing over 20 pounds this morning. More importantly I have lost a lot of inches, which is important to me, because I mainly want to just be healthy. So I started about at 197, and this morning was at 175. If I can do it, you can too!
