The Pad Base Mount is a Sony camera shooting at 120 fps in 720P but is only about 18 inches away from the rocket motor. For this reason it is protected in an aluminium tube. It is fixed to the base of the launch pad and provides great shots of motor ignition. Mounted on the launch pad base. Looks directly at the base of the rocket. Uses Sony High Speed Camera. Great videos for motor ignition. This mount is bolted directly to the edge of the Launch Pad. Fixed Lower Pole Mount.

This Pitching Arm Mount is located at the top of the launch tower on the arm that is less than 4 feet from the rocket as it passes. It pivots so fast that it moves from looking almost straight down to straight up is less than a 1/4 second and accurately follows the rocket. Looks down on the rocket during lift off. Tracks to rocket as it lifts off. Shoots 720P at 120 frames per second. Incredible footage as the rocket passes by the camera. This Pitching Arm Mount. Is removable from the arm with two bolts.

The relay box is used to switch high current loads for the igniter and the release for the slide mount. It also provides the UMBILICAL. Output to trigger loads on board the rocket if desired but it is not high current capable. The relay box provides the RAIL SWITCH. Signal to feed the lift off detect signal back to the Camera Controller. The relay box requires a battery to provide current to power its outputs.
