Only these posters were designed by our Global arm which means we won't have the editable files, and also, we're not supposed to change them - they've been created ready to use. Her: Well, the posters I made myself are all landscape, so I just wanted these to look the same. Me: Why did you make your own posters? Her: I didn't like the official ones.

I have come to the conclusion that every other employee at The Coalface suffers from some sort of chronic memory problem. A large part of my job is answering queries about documents and/or software from previous clients, many of whom I have laboriously explained the same advice to over and over again. And the top exasperating query is surely about PDF files. Can you un-PDF this?
