Btw, I'm 30, I'm 5'4 and I weight 100 pounds, up from a recent low of 93. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist who I'm hoping will be more helpful. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find healthy high cal recipes that will help me pack on the pounds without eating junk food. b.t.w., I can't stand the taste of beer and I've already tried protein shakes to no avail. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 3 to 4 tbsp liquid smoke. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove crushed fresh garlic. 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper. 1 pound firm or extra firm tofu. Cut and drain the tofu. Take a 1-pound cube, cut it in half, and then slice it into strips on its short side. Strips should be about 4 to 5 millimeters in thickness. Ahrgdskbsfkwajn i dont know what ta do. the fridge is locked and im finding worse stuff that i woldnt have found if the fridge was open.
