MMT(NR), BA(Hons), PGDip(TCM), LRSM. Susie took an interest in her parents' piano when she was just 2 years old. She gave her first performance aged 3 and, at the age of 9, was accepted by the Purcell School. Where she also studied violin, viola and voice. She has learnt with Gordon Fergus-Thompson. And Joyce Rathbone, and studied harpsichord with the late John Toll. Susie s collaborative work has brought her into contact with Helen Yorke. And Greenwich Musical Theatre Academy. Clare performs regularly as a soloist and ensemble pianist, and enjoys presenting unconventional programmes. She holds an MPerf in Piano Accompaniment (with Distinction) from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where she won the Tracey Chadwell Memorial Prize for contemporary song (2016) and a 'Certificate Recital Diploma' (2015). Prior to that, she received distinction in her MMus in solo piano, studying with Douglas Finch. After five years at music college, she now plays in The Duruflé Trio.
