Saturday, June 18, 2011. Back in 2 (continued). I feel like I was just posting pictures from when we dropped Derek off at the MTC and now it's Mike's turn. I miss him so much already and it's only been a few days. Hopefully the time goes by fast just like it has with Derek who has already been out for a year. After we dropped Mike off I stayed with my mom and we took my grandma to the zoo. We also took my cute little cousins who LOVED looking at all the animals (and the cotton candy). Thursday, February 12, 2015. The weekend after Thanksgiving we headed to Perry and the other Tenolds' home. It was a lefse making party! Lefse are Norwegian flatbread.a little like a tortilla.made from potatoes and flour. Traditionally they are filled with all sorts of things (lutefisk, jelly, butter) but we most often just spread on some butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Grandma Pat would want some lutefisk! With small kids, splash pads are the way to go really, and the cost is cheaper (you check out the price of chlorine these days.no? You haven't.weird.)
