Whoever thought a tiny candy bar should be called fun size was a moron. Sausage and Mashed Potato Stuffing. 1 pound of breakfast sausage. 2 cups of mashed potatoes. Cup of melted butter. Cup diced onion (Vidalia’s if possible). 1 cup of chopped celery. 1 bag of Stuffing (Pepperidge farms etc or use 8 cups of cut up bread (preferably stale). 3 teaspoons of poultry seasoning.
