Thursday, June 2, 2011. Celebrating the two of us. I'm not sure how long it will be until we add #2 to our family, but right now, I really really like my little family. My daughter is now 19 months old and independent! How can I look at having another baby when my daughter feeds herself, puts on her own shoes, sleeps 12 hours at night and sometimes still takes 2 naps a day, plays so quietly by herself, and gives me hugs and kisses voluntarily! So I was FINALLY able to get my hair cut and colored after 8 LOOOOOOONNNNGGGG months! I won a free "makeover" from my stylist earlier this month, and I was soooooo excited! She does a giveaway about once a month, and I always enter, but this month I FINALLY won! Some "me time" never hurts! Got my hair did.

Stripping Food to its Essence. Saturday, September 26, 2009. Juice Feast - Day 5. And followed it up with some apple, lime, and strawberry juice (delicioso! In the middle of the day, while working on orders, I faltered a bit for a couple reasons. Firstly, I had to make tons of spring rolls with Thai nut sauce, spinach berry salad with cinnamon walnuts, and big fat sandwiches piled with layers of veggies and glorious avocados. It was tempting.
