Support for women and families during pregnancy. Dou la Plus is a free support service for women and families across Blackburn with Darwen. Support may be on a one to one basis with one of our trained volunteers or may be as part of a group session, depending on the type of support required. Doula Plus and their volunteers are trained to give emotional and practical support during pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of parenthood.
