I don’t blog. Hold on, you only get better. It is but just a moment. I am 1 in 4. Running makes me a better mother. Today I put my son in a pull up. Running makes me a better mother. I call myself a runner, but in reality I am more of a jogger/quick walker. On average I run anywhere from a mile to three miles, and that is when I can fit running into my schedule.
