SchultzFamily: October 2008
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
I have finally semi finished creating my blog/background (I'm sure I will continue tweaking it). For those who know me, you know I can't ever do anything easy. I created the papers/templates, etc because I wanted to be original. Thank goodness for Photoshop and twopeasinabucket.com.I LOVE em! It is the greatest program and I am really getting into the whole digital scrapbooking thing. Chad is plugging away at his job and getting through his Anatomy class this semester. We are just waiting everyday fo...

SchultzFamily: Nervous Nellie
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2008/11/nervous-nellie.html
For most of my friends and family out there who do not know about my cancer. And wants to do a biopsy of one. This mole looks normal to me and is a little bigger than a pinhead but I guess he knows better than I do. The biopsy was awful. I have Melanoma Cancer! I need to come in ASAP to have surgery, this is a life threatening disease and I need to notify all of my immediate family to be tested ASAP. What a day! I go in for the surgery, Chad watches the whole thing (YUCK! Recovery was really long because...

SchultzFamily: Results...
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2008/11/results.html
I did not have any more spots that needed to be biopsied! I went to my appointment, and of course I had to have my Mom go with me for support (since my sweet husband couldn't leave work), and nothing looked suspicious enough to need a biopsy. Just a couple spots to keep a watch on until either I start having symptoms or in a year. Just a reminder to all.if something looks suspicious, GO GET IT CHECKED! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). SchultzFamily: April 2009
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Anniversary trip to Las Vegas. I had a trip all arranged for Chad and I to go to Las Vegas for our anniversary (8 years) and to also look at the areas we would like to live. I did a "name your own price" for a hotel on Priceline (ticked because it ends up being at Hooters! Anyways, 2 days before we are to leave, Chad finds out that his job is not very secure and there are massive layoffs happening. Architects all over Salt Lake are being laid off because no one is building in this awful economy. To make ...

SchultzFamily: My cute little turkeys...
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2008/11/my-cute-little-turkeys.html
My cute little turkeys. We had Family Home Evening and I found this really cute recipe to make as the treat. Here are some pictures of the event. Aren't my boys so cute and artistically talented. I just can't imagine where they get it.ha, ha, ha. I put the beaks and the eyes on but they did everything else themselves. And of course here is my example. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). SchultzFamily: Disneyland!
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2009/04/disneyland.html
If you ever have the chance to go to Disneyland during the Christmas season.Take it! Much more magical than any other time. This year for Christmas my Mom took our family to Disneyland for a week. We were so excited.but Chad was not able to go because he had a final right in the middle of the week. So, Chad stayed home (there went the $ for the plane tickets) and kept Max (more $ down the drain) with him because I knew I couldn't handle both boys by myself. See what I mean! Lego Store in Downtown Disney.

SchultzFamily: Halloween...
http://schultzfamily-est2001.blogspot.com/2008/11/halloween.html
All I can say is.It's over! This year I somehow either volunteered or was volunteered (I'm not really sure which) to put on 2 Halloween parties. I was in charge of our Ward party on Thursday (October 30th) and then in charge of Jaxson's school party on Friday. I can tell you this.I won't be doing that ever again. I am sad because it made the holiday more of a stressful chore than a fun time to enjoy with my kids. Oh well.there is always next year! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Karin and Tim Brooks.
