Monday, September 8, 2008. The Audacity of Hope by Barak Obama. Everyone who is planning on voting in the election should read this book. I'm interested in how it compares to McCain's book. Obama explains everything from his policies on education, welfare, etc to his childhood and his family life. His description of his relationship between him and Michelle could describe any married couple. The book really humanized Obama and made him seem like a real person instead of just a politician.

Marie's Books: Twelve Sharp by Janet Evanovich
http://mplatts.blogspot.com/2008/06/twelve-sharp-by-janet-evanovich.html
Saturday, June 28, 2008. Twelve Sharp by Janet Evanovich. In Twelve Sharp, Stephanie is looking for a man who is posing as Ranger and has kidnapped his daughter. I think what made this book better than some of the others is that it was personal to Stephanie. And, just when you think she has the Ranger/Morelli situation figured out, she still can't make a decision. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Leave me a message. Free shoutbox @ ShoutMix. The Platts Family Blog. July 5, 2010 at 8:54 pm · Filed under Uncategorized. It’s been an eventful couple of months! Jenny and Jay got married May 22 and Nora was one of the flower girls. She did great! She walked down the aisle and forgot to throw her petals, so when she got to the front, she dumped them all in front of her. We all had a great time and it was a beautiful wedding. Here’s a few pictures from the summer:. Rel="bookmark" title="Permanent link to Summer 2010" class="permalink" Permalink.

Grandma Platts hosted the party for us and Grandma and Grandpa Aquilano helped with all of the logistics!

The Platts Family Blog. October 23, 2010 at 1:04 am · Filed under Uncategorized. We took advantage of an 80 degree october weekend to visit our nearby state park with the kids. Here are some of the snaps. If nora looks a bit down, she had just found a dead chipmunk in the grass and was quite concerned about its well being (or lack thereof.).
