Today is exactly 140 days until my 30th birthday. My 20's have been pretty eventful. I've done everything from graduate from University, start a career, travel the globe, date a couple randoms, see my parents through a divorce and gain 30 lbs. Then my family lost our home to a flood and I'm a depressed eater and things just got out of control. My hCG/CORE4 Weightloss Documentary. Friday, August 21, 2009. Day 25- Phase 2 hCG (Round 2). Weigh-in: 132 - up 0.2 - guess the little bit of cheese I had on my salad last night hurt me. Munched on some strawberries and nuts during the day. Had 2 burgers and a salad with romaine, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, another "little bit" of cheese and fat free balsamic vinaigrette. I really pigged out on yesterday. I ate ice cream for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had 3 or 4 pieces of pound cake. I had potato chips and dip. I was trying to eat everything in sight. I think the weight will melt off until I get down to 135 and then it will slow up. 135 is my hump. However, my strategy is to switch to raw vegan when I start slowing up.
