What should I bring with me to class? A mat, towel and water. Don’t have a mat yet? Don’t sweat it, we have one for you to rent for $3! Hot power yoga is a sweaty adventure, and the more you sweat the more slippery your mat will get. So bring a towel with you, or rent one of ours for $3. What do I wear? Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you don’t mind sweating in! You may want to bring a change of clothing for after class. What is the temperature of the room? What if I’m stiff or out of shape?
