Carter walked through the doors of North Elementary yesterday, starting a new chapter of his life. His Daddy had a "talk" with him Sunday night and I really think that helped! He is trying so hard to be a big boy about this all. I hope that this is the beginning of a wonderful time in his life! SO many big things going on at the Marquardt house!

Today, I dropped Carter off in the car line and watched him as he walked down the long sidewalk and in the big front doors of his school. Once again, it is happening, Carter is growing up! Everyone in the OR was shocked at how big he was. He was almost 3 weeks early, huge and perfect! Two days later after his birth, and 51 days later in the hospital, we took baby Jake home! He is definitely our lazy baby, or maybe its just that he knows his momma will do everything for him :)! With every year passing.

Both of the kids absolutely love the water (which I always say is a good thing since we live on the lake! And had a blast! A Month of Milestones! Max is 8 months old). I'm 8 months old! I'm well aware that this is not a good quality picture, but it's so telling of what's going on right now! And that is CHAOS! Case in point.).
