Words of wisdom from a blue person in a red state. Or maybe just words. Tuesday, May 31, 2005. I'm going to make some resolutions. After all, why wait for New Years to make resolutions that you are just going to break anyway? I don't intend to break them, but life usually gets in between me and my best intentions. So here goes:. 1) Maintain a postive outlook. 3) Establish a consistent bed time routine. 4) Be a better parent. 5) Make time for family activities and do something with it. Links to this post.

Growing Moss: I have had better weeks
http://mypetr0ck.blogspot.com/2008/04/i-have-had-better-weeks.html
Words of wisdom from a blue person in a red state. Or maybe just words. Saturday, April 12, 2008. I have had better weeks. If I separate the situation I'm in from how I got here, I look at this as a fabulous opportunity. I have a skill set that is very much in demand. The job market is really good right now. If I do this right, I can find a place that is rewarding personally, professionally, and financially. This is a very exciting time. But the other day. Daddy, can we stop by your office? Oh, why not?

Don't you hate it when you only remember a line or two from a song you knew as a kid? Now that I have a baby that needs to be sung to I'm finding that I know a lot fewer songs than I thought I did. So I take what I know and make up the rest. Here is a song that I've been noodling around with. On top of spagetti,. All covered with cheese,. I left my poor meatball. Sitting out in the breeze.

Words of wisdom from a blue person in a red state. Or maybe just words. Monday, July 07, 2008. As a member of the Gallup poll, I get to regularly voice my opinion that President Bush is doing a terrible job. If that weren't satisfying enough, a couple of weeks ago Gallup sent me a book, Vital Friends by Tom Rath. This past weekend, I was looking for something to read and I came across it again. With a shrug and a sigh, I sat down and started to read. Posted by mypetrock at 5:48 PM. Links to this post:.
