Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year - the sights, smells, and tastes are all great! I don't mind December but by January I've already had enough of the cold weather and ready for spring. We don't always have the opportunity to celebrate the holiday which is just another day here. All Because Two People Fell in Love. Thursday, July 31, 2014. The first thing they got to dissect was a cow eyeball. Livie had to leave at some point, because the smell got to her. But, Noah LOVED it! He didn't even wear gloves when he was dissecting it. When we were driving home that day, he said, "I need to wash my hands again. I still have cow iris on them.". Yeah. All Because Two People Fell in Love. Monday, September 30, 2013. It's that time of year again - apple pickin' time! For the past 4 yrs, with a year off in there somewhere, we have gone to the apple orchard. It's something we look forward to each year and we had a BEAUTIFUL day today when we went. Our group size isn't growing, but the kids themselves sure are! And, I do believe they get goofier each time we go. The girls loved filling their bags and finding all the yummy apples to eat. She's such a tween!
