This is the home of Walnut House Bed and Breakfast, which is aptly named because this new home was built around an existing mature walnut tree located precisely in the centre of the property. This property was designed as a live/work environment. The owners reside on the second floor in a self-contained space, which is complete with a large outdoor balcony that extends the full length of the house.

1384 Cornwall Offices, Oakville. 2002 Oakville Design Award of Excellence. This office development transformed the area’s concept of commercial space. Six condominium offices break the assumed monotony and blandness of the traditional office building. Small scale units, each with their own entrance, recapture the concept of storefront businesses.
