Sunday, October 24, 2010. Moroccan Chicken and/or Moroccan Chick Peas. Here is a two way recipe for Moroccan Chicken and a vegetarian. Chick Peas. Make the flavorings first - then add half to a cut-up chicken and the other half to two cans of chick peas. Here is how:. 1 whole chicken cut up. Cut the breasts into two pieces each. 2 cans chick peas with liquid. 1 large onion coarsely chopped. 3 cloves garlic finely chopped. Olive oil plus extra for the chicken. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1 tsp ground cinnamon.

COCONUT BLONDIES - They came out about better than I thought. 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups packed light brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut (I used medium). Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 baking pan with Pam. Melt butter and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Whisk in brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk in eggs one at a time. Monday, December 28, 2009. Dr Sue got a Crock Pot for Christmas - just in the knick of time. A pot of Black Bean Chili was on the stove. The chili went right into the Crock Pot on the Keep Warm setting. We opened our presents, took a walk with Virgil the Italian Greyhound to the SDP (Small Dog Park) and came home to a delicious hot lunch. The chili is vegetarian.
