My journey in learning to encompass all the different sides of my being. Thursday, March 20, 2014. Ok, so today I called and made my consultation with the surgeon. I look at all the things that have happened and I am proud of the things I have accomplished. I know I can do this. This should be the happiest time of my life and in some ways it is but I have a lot of stress at the same time. It makes me feel like I'm coming apart at the seams sometimes. My journey in learning to encompass all the different sides of my being. Sunday, March 1, 2015. So I have had a few hypnosis sessions to cut the psychological ties to Raquel. I feel it has helped. The hurt has eased however I know it will never completely go away. The damage was done and the wounds will heal but the scars will remain. It's ok, scars can make us stronger.
