Nosotros / About us. Este proyecto corresponde a la infraestructura deportiva para el colegio Municipal Lonquén, ubicado en la comuna de Calera de Tango. Los mandantes, la Corporación Municipal de Educación de Calera de Tango y el Municipio, nuevamente aunaron fuerzas para construir otro espacio que es parte de un master plan de infraestructura deportiva para la comuna. Nosotros / About us. El encargo: la vivienda se emplaza en un terreno de aproximadamente 5.000m2 en el sector rural de San Manuel, Melipilla, camino a Rapel. El mandante, un matrimonio joven con dos hijos, ambos recién egresados de Ingenería Forestal. El reto: diseñar una vivienda económica y ajustable al tamaño familiar, utilizando materiales de la zona. La techumbre, elemento pivotal que proyecta entrada de luces y movimientos al resto de la casa. Arquitectos: Catalina González, Sebastián Yurjevic.

Maison d’architecte avec vue sur la mer. En route pour le Chili à la découverte de cette maison d’architecte qui offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. La maison a été conçue de façon à ce que toutes les pièces aient la vue sur la mer. La zone où est située la maison est très venteuse, c’est pour cette raison que deux patios ont été placés derrière la maison, ainsi ils sont protégés du vent par les baies vitrées.
