Sunday, September 28, 2008. I knew it had been a while since I had posted, but THREE MONTHS! Since my last post we have moved. I have been really busy fixing this place up and still have a lot to do so I may not post again anytime soon. I also still have apples and pears to can. The children love being in the country. Saturday, June 28, 2008. And Then They Were Five. We have now been home for one week! I have removed the password from our adoption journal. Now I feel like since we are now Lexi's legal parents and we are safely back in the US that there is not really a need for the password. Afternoons not so much! I mean it's summer and she has to go back to school way too soon anyhow! The whole, no more sleeping in again, has me in a tizzy and I want to defend my daughters rights to sleep in too! Thursday, May 19, 2011. Headed with alarming speed toward adolescence! Rae's interest include horses, (actually pretty much any kind of animal but especially horses) swimming, reading, movies and hanging out with friends. Her and Shane spend more time watching documentary's than anything else. The biggest argument is whether it will be an animal doc. or a scientific doc. Monday, January 21, 2013. Elsi was born on May 14th, 2012 at Miami Valley. That was the first time for us to use the Miami Valley Hospital over the Wayne Hospital. I chose M. V. because the midwives that I had been seeing during the pregnancy didn't deliver at Wayne. Elsi Eve was born at 3:04 on her due date.
