If you can’t support yourself in the side plank with legs out straight then try starting with the knees bent. Begin with your top arm lying along your side. It was a problem with my right hip that started me on my journey as a PT when I was 13 yr old. Next week I’ll talk about the hamstrings and the ischial tuberosity or “sit bones”.
