Went down to Burnaby Lake Sunday morning and just missed the pair of cinnamon teals that were there. I did, however get a few shots of the usual suspects. Brown-headed Cowbird (Molothrus ater). Cackling Goose (Branta hutchinsii). 3 Mr Wood Duck givin’ me some sass. Male Wood Duck (Aix sponsa). Glaucous-winged gull (Larus glaucescens). I hope you enjoy them! 4 days at Cape Scott Provincial Park.

Busy Mom 2 Boys. My thoughts, my family, and my ideas. Ants, Fireflys, and bowling with juice. So far today,. I have watched Ethan bowl with a golfball, knocking down apple juice boxes he found in the fridge. He came running with a bug on a game box and it was a baby firefly. Next, he located a string of tiny little ants coming in through a window in the living room. (Guess it’s time to call the bug guy.). Now, they are playing baseball in the living room with a tennis ball and couch cushions for bases.
