If you like mushroom and mushroom flavor, you will love this dish! 1 lb uncooked spaghetti. 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms. 1 cup chopped onion. 1/2 tsp minced garlic. 2 tbsp olive oil. 3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup. 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed. 1 and a 1/3 cups chicken broth ( you can just put one cup of chicken broth and 1/3 cup of sherry if you want). 1 tsp Italian seasoning. 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided. Monday, September 21, 2009. Mom and I on pontoon boat ride through Everglades National Park. Jeremy and I in the island bay. Getting ready to go for a dip! Check out that gator in the swamp. We got up at 6am and drove to a state park on the island to watch the sunrise. We took an airboat ride through the Everglades. We all held an alligator. Here is my mom holding it. Me with the gator. Changing something - whether it be a routine you get into, a physical feature, habits, etc. - is often tough to do. It's easy to say "I would love for 'this' or 'that' to be different", but taking the necessary steps to make the change is sometimes tough to do. Eventually a catalyst for change comes along. Friday, February 27, 2009. Creme Brulee French Toast! 2 1" thick slices of bread (best with homemade) with the crust trimmed. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup sliced bananas. 1/2 cup slices strawberries. Beat together egg yolks and sugar. Slowly whisk milk and cream into egg mixture. Stir in vanilla. Dip bread in egg mixture. Saute' in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Thursday, August 27, 2009. This is a family favorite for most members of my family. I actually do not eat them because I do not like pickles, but everyone who does love pickles seems to think they are wonderful! Whole baby dill pickles. Sliced beef (we usually use the carl budding beef). Take the slices of beef and cut into halves. Spread cream cheese on the beef and place the pickles on top of it. Roll the beef around the pickle and insert a toothpick! Wednesday, August 5, 2009. 1 cup powdered sugar.

Thursday, July 23, 2009. Camping at the Zoo! My hip was really hurting. And, hello, why was I freezing in mid-July? I wore flannel pants, a hooded sweatshirt and was wrapped up in a fleece blanket and I was freezing cold. Don't get me wrong though, I would have much rather been cold than hot all night!
