In the past we have had people to make appointments and not call to cancel or come for the appointment, so it is our policy to request that all new patients submit a deposit prior to the appointment in order to reserve an appointment time. The deposit is due three weeks before the visit, and the balance of fees must be paid on the date of the initial visit.
