The Taming of the Crew:). Friday, April 29, 2011. Maybe Time to start up again? Brief Heart update: seems to be doing well. I am back to running 9-15 miles a week and lifting weights 2-3 times a week. I am thankful that my ticker has decided to settle down and enjoy the ride. This year Lindsey is in Kindergarten.
