Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Our Climbing Tree at the "New" House. Do you see anything in this tree? The kids have been making their way up, limb by limb. As for the unpacking.we're getting there! Wednesday, October 27, 2010. I Think She'd Say This is her Favorite Present EVER! Bekah sure loves her little kitty! Smokey got out the other night and Bekah was in tears as we were trying to get her to come back in. :). Oh, and Bekah got her hair chopped off the other day. She says it's a little too short, like a "boy's haircut" (oops! But I've reassured her that it'll grow back. :) Next time, we won't go quite as short! Thursday, June 24, 2010. The girls had a lot of fun at their end-of-year recital on the first Sunday of June. Emilie's did a tap and ballet routine and especially enjoyed the tap. Monday, November 22, 2010. Turkeys, Tarts and Testimonies. Our church had a night of thanksgiving combined with a pie contest for the MEN on Sunday night. I encouraged Derek to take a shot at it for fun and he carefully (and a little slowly) followed the instructions for a Caramel Pecan Apple Pie that I had in my 'try it' pile. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Five Guys - Is it really better? Bday Girls at Dland. The rest of her day was an extra special treat- she got to spend the day at Disneyland with Courtney! Under the Sea Cake. Per Anna's request, she had an 'under-the-sea' cake. The horse candle doesn't really fit the cake, but it fits the girl! Then on to the presents.
