After six years of putting in for the Wasatch turkey hunt I was finally successful and drew out for the last hunt of the season. I had never hunted turkeys ‘til now and was looking forward to shooting one. I had been out and found tons of turkeys but could never get close enough. They have the best eyesight ever! Tuesday, November 4, 2008. Started in the marsh at 6:00 am to try our luck at both duck and pheasant hunting. We knew we would get into the ducks but were unsure about the pheasants. Sunday, March 28, 2010. BWO and Midge Buffet. I was finally able to get out for some fishing last week. In fact I was able to hit 3 separate streams in 3 days, all of which supplied multiple species taking BWO’s on top. 2 streams eventually drain into the Great Salt Lake and the third into the sea of Cortez.
