Example day of Eric Kutscher’s (Ideal Protein) Diet, Winter 2009-2010. Wake up and drink large glass of water. 3 whole large eggs and 3 egg whites. 2 Fish oil tablets. 2 fiber choice chew tablets. Protein bar (20g protein). Example: Muscle Milk Light Bar. 2 cups of Broccoli. 1 piece of salmon or a chicken breast or beef (7oz). 2 cups of Broccoli.

This is fun to take in the car and even more interesting to have on the bike. Mapping my rides has been wonderful with the garmin motionbased program. Sunday, November 30, 2008. We spent the Turkey day holiday at the in-laws in Minnesota. We left Thanksgiving day morning and made the 3 hour trek to Blue Earth, MN, home of the Jolly Green Giant. Thursday, July 31, 2008. Find a Penny pick it up. Ok, I'm walking down the street and see a penny lying in my path, I stop pick it up and put it in my pocket.
