Sidney loves seeing santa. she waves at him and loves to talk to him. michaela doesn't cry, gets lured in by candy and is thoroughly unimpressed. The girls loved helping decorate. over and over and over. I ended up loving our tree, clusters of ornaments and all :). An immodest little red riding hood makes sorting laundry very difficult. The only time i've gotten stuck. we were going to be on time to church too! Oh how my girls love love love ...

Saturday, July 11, 2015. Going to california - led zeppelin. Our summer trip this year was to california thanks to hannah getting married! We left tuesday morning on june 23. It was a long drive but took us through 2 states the girls had never been to. It was about 110* when we took this picture. we were very quick to get back in the car. We had wanted to go to the grand canyon, but decided that was more driving than we were willing to add to our already long drive. When we drove by caesar's palace :).

Sidney and i were still sick with some super nasty bug we were lucky enough to bring home from california with us. (rachel and katy took it home too. we're talking 9 days of sore throat, coughing, lost voice and never ending snot. it was lovely.). Thursday, July 23, 2015. Crazy - gnarls barkley. This guy is lucky i'm in love with him. If i wasn't, i might not be as okay with his crazy ideas. ;). Like going on a 15 hour road trip in one day to buy a top for his project jeep. And that was just the drive time. That didn't include the shopping we did in cheyenne, wy so we wouldn't have to go to idaho falls. Or the waiting around so we could have dinner with garrett's buddy from the academy. The kids obviously enjoyed themselves in the wind and rain.

Sunday, March 17, 2013. Thursday was a busy and fun day! I went with Nadine and Scott to see the ultrasound of their baby. They are having another little boy in August. We are so excited to have another grandson! After the ultrasound, we went to Dancesport and watched Hannah. Her first event that day was Novice Ballroom. She danced with David Moon. They made it to the semifinal in that event. Here is a video of their waltz. Molly the cat sleeping with Sidney. I think Sidney needs a cat :):). July 1, 2007.

Right here in River City, or wherever we are. Here are just a few of the crimes she's committed this month alone:. Cracked raw eggs on the counter and floor. Devoured bags of marshmallows or chocolate chips that were hidden in the highest kitchen cupboard. Dumped out 3/4 of a new shampoo bottle. Dumped out the nutmeg.

So we survived camping in a tent through a major thunderstorm! Yes, we got a little wet and yes the wind sounded like the redcoats were attacking, but amazingly, all kids except baby L slept right through it! Falls park was awesome! I was kinda confused when G kept pointing at Woody and insisting that he was "a dondey." Finally realized she meant cowboy. Good to know that donkey = cowboy. Lucy bit my tongue." What? Yes, we're busy, and yes, our hands our full - but we're hanging on and having fun! Monday, October 06, 2014. Papa and the park. In the fall, Papa came to visit and help out a bit for a week. It was so nice having him here - the dishes have never been so clean! On his last night, we took advantage of the won't-be-warm-for-much-longer weather and headed over to our state park for some bonfire fun. Everybody was pretty excited! Did I mention how helpful it was to have an extra set of hands? Big Red or "J".
