I received evaluations from last year's rotations this week and wanted to share with you some thoughts. First of all, good evaluations rarely do much for me, well, other than make my head bigger than it already is (had to shave off all my hair to accomodate. What did I do to make them have a suboptimal experience? Basically, why did I get a bad eval. Ask ME the questions, not you!

Son states he is having hallucinations, fell and hit his head. Apparently, like most of our patients, he is a heavy drinker (10 - 16 beers per day). He also has a PMH of HTN, COPD, anxiety, and an old head injury. Takes xanax, clonidine, and zestoretic at home. On admission he is afebrile, 134/52, HR 94, RR 19, and 94% on RA. Well, wel...
