0 to 60 in 5 months. Wednesday, October 15, 2008. 3 weeks of not watching what I was eating. Wendy's, McDonalds, being polite and polishing off all the food brought to the family. Back at it this week. Must not have had as much as I thought. Thanks for all the support through Lee's last 2 weeks and what lies ahead for all of us. 0 to 60 in 5 months. Saturday, March 14, 2009. Was driving home the other day thinking about what kind of day we were going to have on April 8th and started to dread it. When I got home there was a letter in the mail from Georgia State University. It was addressed to Kristy G. so naturally I opened it. Apparently Kristy G. has been named the Outstanding Undergraduate Student in the Exercise Science Department for the 2008-2009 school year. Award ceremony: 4:00PM, April 8, 2009. March 14, 2009 at 11:12 PM.

Friday, November 28, 2008. Official weight - 151.5 pounds. Total amount lost - 22.5 pounds - 12.64 %. Friday, January 14, 2011. I was at 149.9 this morning. Ouch. Lunch: baked sweet potato with too much butter (yum). Snack: 1 Christmas nougat, a handful of peanuts. Supper: baked sweet potato with too much butter (yum again). Baked chicken breast with olive oil and lemon pepper. Spinach and salad dressing. Thursday, January 13, 2011. Down to 149.7 this morning. Dang. Each time I get below 150 I say that I will never hit the 50s again. Will this be the time that it is true? Sure hope so, aaaand it makes me mad that I got there in the first place. All it takes is completely overindulging during the holidays, folks! What did I eat yesterday? Lunch: small bowl of beans with small piece of cornbread (and I mean really small, all that was left.). Snack: handful of unsalted peanuts and probably 5 or 6 wasabi peas.
