Tuesday, January 27, 2015. I've been so sick! From last wk of dec till now. Almost a month already. Every time when I cough, it felt like I'm gasping for air. So damn embarrassing. Wonder how my colleagues stand me. I only have myself to blame! Im always snacking on unhealthy stuff. And always eating spicy, oily and fried food. (KFC). Haha! Monday, October 06, 2014. There's only 5 days left to Scoot Biggest Loser and I must say, I'm the biggest failure. Not only have I lost weight, but I gained! I'm so not looking forward to weighing myself on Friday. All I can do now is to press on! I'm proud to say, I've been eating clean and exercising! Just too late. :(. Week1: I tried to eat clean, but didn't take things seriously. Week2: I didn't feel too good. So didn't restrict myself much. Week3: I fell sick! Had to eat to get well.

The hotel I stayed in was awesome, the people were great, and best, I love the weather! My cosy bed at Pan Pacific. I love hotels for their bathrooms! Pan Pan's bathroom was awesome! After recruitment and everything else, we had a day to spend. So, we walked around Tianjin's Gu Cheng, or Old Street. It felt like I was in ancient China. Lovely weather to walk around too!
