We're simple minds, still we want it all. These past few days, i've been making pasta at home using a second hand pasta maker, i've procured my brewing kit, i've got a volunteer position at nyu at the alzheimer's disease center, made brownies and cinnamon buns with y, watching my basil, lavender, sage, tomato(it's fall luke. what are you thinking? Lemongrass and soy bean plants grow. Italian, greek and a big version of basil. This is breakfast with my favorite cup. From a hard yellow bean, comes this.

The mozzerella sucked, but it didn't dent the great tasting heirloom tomato salad that we had for dinner. $12 tomatoes. a year ago, i would have bought meat with that amount of money instead of vegetables, but man, after working at convivio, i would pay for those tomatoes! I've been corresponding with an immigration lawyer, and the h1b/h1b1 visa strictly states that the visa will be granted if the applicant has a degree in that field (ie cooking). a diploma cannot work. I suppose i could be really bitter about how immigration laws are so rigid and tight, but what good would it do to/for me? Posted by the lorax.
