Educational Insights of My World and Others. Or How I Stopped Worrying and Learned to Love My Job…. It’s Going to Be Okay. I try to connect with my students on a personal level. I try to build meaningful relationships, trust, and culture within my classroom. I was reminded today that sometimes that can hurt. It hurts when I feel like there is more that I could have done to help this child, but know that in the end things might not have turned out differently simply because I can’t control everything.
