Clothes, accessories, everything a doll wants. Monday, December 22, 2008. Dance Little Lady Dance. My girl told me that if I were to use Bratz doll as a model to fit for the dresses, all her other Barbie dolls would be able to wear the dresses as well as Bratz is larger in built. I took her advice and sewed this flouncy dress for Bratz to wear to a dance. This dress reminds me of what Lucille Ball would wear on I Love Lucy. How do other people do it? Do they use tiny sewing machines? Posted by jane p.
Dressed Up Dolls: April 2014
http://www.dressedupdolls.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Clothes, accessories, everything a doll wants. Thursday, April 24, 2014. This is my very first Pullip - a Pullip Youtsuzu. I finally dared to open the box it came. in. The doll was secured to the box by so many wires I felt like I was breaking her out of prison. I tried my best to keep the condition of the box as pristine as I possibly could. But who am I kidding? Once you made the first tear, there was no going back. After all she's a doll. But I guess it's easier than saying this doll, that doll.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Saturday, March 7, 2009. Prawns with cashew nuts. I notice that Mrs Leong is also fond of using corn flour. I'm not so sure if I like corn flour - all sticky. I added snow peas and baby corn to the dish because I was late and didn't have time to cook the veg separately. The snow peas were crunchy! Son hates any kind of nuts. Don't use corn flour next time. Don't give son any of the nuts. Posted by jane p.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Although I had been cooking on and off, I did not document anything because I was mostly cooking the same ole stuff over and over again. Today I cooked Char Kway Teow. For lunch. Mine's the healthy version and not the kind you would pay for at food courts. It's basically the same ol' "recipe" except this time I cooked a lot of green vegetables - chye sim and xiao bai chye. Wow! Posted by jane p.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Thursday, January 29, 2009. Salmon in teriyaki sauce. My son loves salmon in teriyaki sauce and usually I would just drizzle the salmon in teriyaki sauce and grill it. Very simple and he loves it. Ever since I started cooking from recipes, it seems cooking any old how is now beneath me. I wanted to try salmon in teriyaki sauce (what else? The marinade includes sugar and Thai fish sauce. Sugar? Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Monday, April 26, 2010. Oven Baked Chicken Leg. We had oven baked chicken leg. This is the second time I've used my Baby Belling oven to bake a chicken. It's so-so. We had leftovers so I'd say the kids prefer chicken cooked by the Turbo Broiler because they turn out crispier. I baked the chicken at 190 deg C until brown. Is that right? Posted by jane p. Thursday, April 22, 2010. I used cute potatoes. My kids loved it.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Thursday, April 15, 2010. What The Kids Want. My kids love to eat hotdogs. I don't try to understand why. At least once a week I would give them what they really love to eat. This is hotdog omelette. The kids just looove this. This is lightly grilled luncheon meat. It is absolutely unhealthy but heavenly. Once there was a shortage of luncheon meat in Singapore. You can imagine the panic in this family. Posted by jane p.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Saturday, August 8, 2009. Whenever I had too much rich food, I would cook porridge to eat for dinner. This might look gross to some people but it's quite delicious. I cook brown rice, Japanese sweet potatoes and fresh Shitake mushrooms together. When it's almost cooked, I add some minced chicken and a pinch of soy sauce. That's it. Only my daughter shares my delight in this dish. Posted by jane p.

Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Sunday, December 13, 2009. My kids seem to like my food best when I don't use recipes from books and cook as I see fit. These are their favourites. A little soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce. 5 minutes before it's done, I sprinkle a little sugar over the chicken. A little oil, throw in shallots, wait for fragrance. Next, I throw in 2 dried scallops because my mom-in-law gave me a giant pack (but it's optional).

http://janecooksthebooks.blogspot.com/2010/04/leftover-meat.html
Jane Cooks The Books. My Journey Through The Cookbooks and this is what I feed my kids! Thursday, April 15, 2010. What do you do when you have leftover chicken? For dinner, I cooked kway teow. To go with the leftover chicken! This is a no-brainer dish. I cooked the ingredients in order of length of time taken to cook. Finally I add in the kway teow, mix it up with soy sauce and it's done! My kids love this simple meal. There was nothing left over for Dad. Posted by jane p. April 16, 2010 at 10:20 PM.

There is an oft-repeated canard in the discursive annals of the menswear blogosphere–with its focus on artisanal quality goods, heritage, and craftsmanship–which presumes that products manufactured in the U.S., Italy, or England, are automatically of higher quality than their counterparts manufactured in places like China, Mexico, or India. 2012 2015 Dressed Up In Detroit.

Dressed Up In Dublin. Monday, September 28, 2009. Apologies for the GOD awful shot i took the other day! I was really really tempted. Not to post this one, but i was just in absolute awe of these three Londoners. Who managed to effortlessly mix deep green velvet dresses with docs and ripped up denim jackets. there's a certain excitement sparked in me when i see a group of friends whose style totally complements one another, and there's not a topshop. Oh and the girl far right made me completely. Pictured...
