Christian, Rebecca, Oliver, Amelia, and Eloise. December 20, 2011. So, I thought I'd squeeze in a few outings while I still can. And, it's the perfect time of year to do it because friends and family come to town! Some of my friends from Albuquerque. While in Dallas last weekend for Kate's baptism, we went on morning walks with my Mom almost every morning. We found this GIANT frog on our last morning walk. I have never seen a frog even half this big in my life. It was so gross and it didn't help that it was also dead. Lauren and Amelia having fun while Rachel pushes them around in the car. August was SOOO busy- just the way I like it.:) After the Crofts' visit, we started making preparations for school, which began with us putting money down on a property and getting Oliver enrolled in that school. Oliver also celebrated his 6th birthday and a few days later, started Kindergarten. Eloise is finally sitting up! And, at only 7 months! And this is our lot!

I am in Young Womens at church, serving in the PTA, and just recently got certified to teach a weightlifting class at a local gym. All this, in addition to building a home makes me a very busy lady. This has been a really packed month with a birthday, family visiting, education week, end-of-summer trips to Seven Peaks, etc. I was able to go to a few days of education week which I'm so grateful for- I loved it. My Mom came to town a couple times which is always fun, and we went swimming a TON because my kids have turned in to little fishes. Amelia practicing her floating with Daddy. Oliver speeding along on his scooter that he loves.
