The Boys and Me: A New Baby on the Way!
http://barneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2010/03/new-baby-on-way.html
The Boys and Me. March 28, 2010. A New Baby on the Way! As many of you probably know, we are expecting our second baby in September. We have a c-section scheduled for September 16, and early ultrasounds look like the baby is likely another little boy. We couldn't be happier (except for Nate, who alternates between saying, "Baby in Mama's tum" and "Go away, baby! March 28, 2010 at 3:33 PM. Congrats on the new little one! Good luck with the pregnancy! March 28, 2010 at 5:39 PM. March 30, 2010 at 1:55 PM.

The Boys and Me: February 2009
http://barneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
The Boys and Me. February 26, 2009. February has been a fun month for watching Nathan grow. He is increasingly mobile and getting smarter by the minute. His favorite thing to do now that the weather is warmer some days is to go to the swing set. At our apartment complex and swing. He waves his hand back and forth mimicking. The action of a swing all the time- the kid would swing in the dark in the middle of a rainstorm if we let him! He puts things in perspective. Or "Kiss Uncle Boogie! He also shows a d...

The Boys and Me: January 2009
http://barneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
The Boys and Me. January 29, 2009. Our little crew is ready for spring. Being cooped up in the house all winter long is no fun. It has encouraged some new games for Nathan though: his latest interests include cruising on the furniture (not walking yet, thank goodness, his mom can barely keep up with his crawling! Another cute story involving Nathan and his daddy is one I like to call, "Oh, dang it! Jake was emptying our paper shredder one day and spilled some paper on the floor. He said, "Oh, dang it!

The Boys and Me: March 2010
http://barneyfamilyblog.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
The Boys and Me. March 28, 2010. We're having a fun March. A couple of weeks ago, we had a visit from Gram and Papa (Patty and Rob), which Nate loved so much he couldn't have cared less if Jake or I were around. We mostly took it easy, but we also visited the JFK Museum, shopped a lot, and celebrated my 29th birthday. We're so glad you came, Gram and Papa! No evening would be complete at our house without a PILLOW FIGHT! After the egg hunt, I caught Nate enjoying his loot in the back seat. As many of you...

Chemenn, Jeff, Lincoln and Emmett's World. Moving Day. Goodbye Nashville, Hello Memphis! October 12, 2009 in Uncategorized. Our duplex in Nashville. Here is our new place in Memphis. I’ll get inside pictures soon. Jeff’s parents and sister Emily came to help us. Bless their hearts, they drove all the way from El Paso just to help us move. I thought I had a ton of pictures, but then realized that it’s Robin that took most of them. She’s the better picture taker. The back of the house. Brittney & Andy.

As You Wish: April 2010
http://hollyvanzeeland.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Random updates on family, life, and work for those we love and miss. Friday, April 23, 2010. It's been 5 years since there has been a baby in my house. Time has a way of making you forget some of the "pleasures" of an infant. Here are my top 5 things I forgot in the last 5 years. 5 Whoever said that breastfeeding was "natural" was either a man who could never actually use his breasts for this purpose or was someone who routinely walked around with pliers clipped to her nipples throughout the day. Here's ...
