But the bathroom was open to the outside, with small slits in the upper parts of the wall, where little lizards and bugs could crawl right on in. Bugs, particularly roaches, and lizards are just something you have to get used to staying on the Thai islands. Thursday, January 30, 2014. Part 6 - Da Nang to Nha Trang. Ughthe alarm started to go off. It's 3AM and the TV is on and the iPad is gleaming next to my head. The Broncos AFC championship game has started and Drew is trying to find a feed on the hotel cable or online. Every 15 minutes or so, I rolled over asking "what time is it? It turns out I'm not really graceful when it comes to saying no in these situations, so I'm pretty sure I single handedly destroyed any respect she had for us, and going forward...
