Friday, October 16, 2009. For these pictures we were just taking thirds which is really where you push the main idea of the photo to 1/3 of the photo and make open space around them. We were just taking portrats of people. trying to get them to have no emotion on their face. it required team work between the photgrapher and the person getting taken pictures taken of them. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. We continued focusing on a corner of the imaginary grid we visualize while taking the photo. I chose to make this series a very literal representation of the "rule of thirds" technique. I found objects that were not surrounded by much, but stood out and could directly show the part of the grid that I chose. Saturday, May 14, 2011. The Rule of Thirds. Thursday, May 5, 2011. Thursday, April 24, 2014. We continued to take portraits in the style of each classmate and tried to emulate their camera and editing techniques. This assignment is to celebrate each classmate's work. Kaeli- I tried to emulate Kaeli's style of street photography and filling the frame with a scene. I raised the temperature of the picture to create her pastel-color scheme and also added the Cross Process effect on PicMonkey. Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Cara usually goes for a kind of gritty photo so i tried to capture alt eh textures in this photo by giving it high contrast and getting the textury wall in the background. Grace usually takes her portraits dead on so i did that just like her and to add some of her weird style i tilted the photo as well. Maria goes for a very high contrast she also used street signs so I did both and it looked really good. Roxie uses a lot of great reflections so i used that in her portrait.

Zainas photography is very unique she captures ma. Alastairs photography is very interesting, it cap. View my complete profile. Friday, May 14, 2010. My favorite series that Zaina did was when she photographed random people on the street. it captured many diffrent aspects of peoples personalities. They best part was the viewer was able to create what emotion was being expressed in the photograph because we did not know the people in the photo. Thursday, May 13, 2010. Friday, April 30, 2010.
