Tuesday September 16, 2008: Mackinac Island, Michigan. Rode from thompson mich to mackinac island, 100 miles, and 8 mile loop around island. Last 50 miles right along lake michigan. 2nd prettiest only to glacier national park! Slow going very windy wind comin off lake 30 mph side winds and had to keep from blowing.
