Review of DR Horton in Duvall,WA. Thursday, January 7, 2016. The hardwood floors are now dinged up, but that isn't really DR Horton's fault as we apparently decided on a soft wood which scratches just by looking at it. Speaking of the floors, we've noticed a very specific cold spot on the kitchen floor in the winter time, but crawling into the crawlspace I didn't notice anything odd with insulation. The requests I made in my 9 month update were met, and towards the 12 month mark I had them touch up the grout (some of which is beginning to crack again.). Review of DR Horton in Duvall,WA. Friday, May 11, 2012. May 10th - Closing. Anyway, yesterday we signed all the paper work, and now we are $320k more in debt. Ah well, at least payments are low and we are in a great location/house. We get the keys tomorrow, and will spend all weekend painting walls, and sealing tile/grout. Fun fun.
