Saturday, November 10, 2007. The few, the proud. Happy 232nd Birthday to the United States Marine Corps. Ive worked with many Marines. Throughout the course of my career. Ive come to understand them; I admire them; I love their work ethos; and their esprit de corps. Here are three specific things Ive learned about Marines from Marines:. 1) Marines live by the rule of threes. 2) Marines have better situational awareness (SA). The life and times of a Naval Aviator on the ground in Iraq. Sunday, June 10, 2007. Since this job is my first non-flying job in the military, it has been somewhat a rough one. Not to mention I'm performing the job in the middle of Iraq! I haven't been able to take them up on the offer yet, but I plan to do so.very soon. So, the Iraqi 500.the drivers here are crazy. They don't follow any general rules of the road. Speed limit: Yeah right! Lane courtesy: Not even close! Patience: Not a recommended quality!

Now I don't have that to worry about, for now anyway! More good news.Brady has been working at his branch for a full week and he called last night to tell me he is #1 in his region! He is so excited and proud of him self! So I guess what I'm saying, I think it was in the stars that he was to sell something in his future!
