These collaborations are posters made for various events organized at the Werkplaats Typografie. Is a poster that was designed together with Ines Cox. For a night with mussels and beer. The poster was printed on the same paper tablecloth that was used during the dinner. Another poster for another dinner, this time for a Mexican barbecue organized together with Stephen Serrato. This poster / invitation announced the 3D horror movie The Final Destination. The 3D illustration by Bart Hebben.

When designing a fashion publication I stumbled upon an old gem by Aldo Novarese. Although lesser known than the ominous Eurostile. This photocomposition typeface is no less impressive. This quick digitization didnt make it to the final design of the magazine, but this beauty deserves to get rediscovered.

This specimen is part of a series of 3 posters that show the transformations and distortions possible with the Pantograph — an instrument to duplicate drawings to an adjustable scale. This invention of Christophori Scheiner. Deg;1573 ‐ †1650) consists of 4 rods connected through 4 pivot points. These deformations are made by Lu Liang. Client: made together with Lu Liang. Of part of the first chapter — including the typo’s — from Pantographice. Published this book in 1631 to share with the world, an invention he made 28 years earlier: the Pantograph.
