Well guys sorry no post in the last few weeks steadily been moving back in to this, seems i have still got some serious issues with discipline hanging around me! Back, Lay, Hedge: May 2011
http://backlayhedge.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Back, Lay, Hedge. Monday, 30 May 2011. The month of May. May's profit/loss: £74.74. This first month of trading has produced a great result for me to work on. It has taken a long time to get there (384 horse races to be precise) but I have profit in the bank and am happy with the learning process I have made so far. Since 5th May when I started and deposited £100 in to the Betfair bank, I have won on 240 races with a grand total of £211.89 and lost on 144 races equating to -£148.63. Saturday, 28 May 2011.

Back, Lay, Hedge: June 2011
http://backlayhedge.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Back, Lay, Hedge. Monday, 20 June 2011. Impatient, bored trader = gambler! The last couple of weeks I have been completely off the traders mindset and am not sure why. I think my targets for this month has be the cause of that, there were not any specific targets set, but I wanted to double May's profit of £75.75. As it stands at the moment, June's profit is £3.50 after being up £45 within the first few days of June. Hopefully it is not just a fluke but a sign of good things to come! Monday, 13 June 2011.

Back, Lay, Hedge: Oh Crap!!
http://backlayhedge.blogspot.com/2011/06/oh-crap.html
Back, Lay, Hedge. Thursday, 9 June 2011. Yesterday's profit/loss: -£5.76. Today's profit/loss: -£12.81. OK, so that was a complete cock up! First of all yesterday I had an easy morning, went for a 6 mile run in the rainy north west of England got back home, had some lunch and sat down to trade. Today was a similar storey soon on as again my frustration kicked in and my enthusiasm to try and win pennies each race deteriorated and again my mindset was lost. So on that bombshell I am thankfully taking tomor...

Allan the Exchange Trader: Friday 17 August 2012
http://allantheexchangetrader.blogspot.com/2012/08/friday-17-august-2012.html
Allan the Exchange Trader. I began trading in July 2009, and was making fairly good profits surprisingly quickly. I've created this blog to hopefully help improve my trading. It's now August 2012, and I'm back. I'm semi trading - semi gambling, but hopefully profitably. Nothing much has changed. I still have no discipline, but I'm hoping to be trading in a manner that leaves me less at risk of massive losses. We'll see! So far it's going well. Friday, 17 August 2012. Friday 17 August 2012.
