Drink-driving in Hong Kong. Hear from victims Mrs Chu. It happened at around 8am on December 24, 2009 when a car mounted the pavement on Lee On Road, Sau Mau Ping and struck two pedestrians, a 38-year old woman, and 44-year-old Chu Chi-shing, who was on his way to his school’s Christmas party. The driver, a passenger, and the female pedestrian were slightly hurt. Chu was fatally injured and was declared dead at the scene. Vodpod videos no longer available. May 14, 2010 / 9:22 am.
