These are your real deal traditional Swedish Meatballs! They do take some time, but worth every second once you taste them! 2/3 cup milk or cream. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 lb ground beef (or two pounds of beef and omit the pork and veal, or any combo thereof). 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 lb ground veal. 1 small yellow onion, very finely minced. 3-4 tablespoons each, Butter and oil for frying. 2 cups beef stock (or more for thinner gravy). 2 cups milk or cream (or more for thinner gravy).

Pumpkin waffles are a great way to ring in the fall, celebrate the holiday season, or just satisfy your craving for pumpkin pie! 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1 cup pure pumpkin. 3/4 stick butter, unsalted and melted. 1 1/2 cup super hot water. 1 1/2 tablespoons butter. 1 pound powdered sugar.
