I had three 30 minute sessions, and I also did 20-30 minutes of cardio everyday. My cardio sessions included stairs, intervals on a mountain climber machine, intervals on a funky elliptical-like thing, and walking on the treadmill.I also went salsa dancing (and had a drink) one night.
