Other than feeling great and losing a few pounds (not my primary intention going into this), I am definitely noticing an increased mindfulness around my eating choices. Friday, April 30, 2010. Overextending Ourselves - Where does the Cleanse Come In? What does stress do to us? Build up acidity, which can cause illness and disease. What I also see is that I missed the boat when I did the cleanse. I did lose five pounds. I did reboot by eating habits.
